We are very pleased to announce that Amy S. Glesius, Cathleen M. Bolek, and Matthew D. Besser have each been selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Employment Law – Individuals. We are also especially proud to announce that Best Lawyers has once again named Amy S. Glesius its Cleveland Employment Law – Individuals “Lawyer of the Year.”
Best Lawyers is one of the most highly-respected and oldest peer review attorney ranking publications in the nation. First published in 1983, Best Lawyers publishes an annual listing of attorneys reviewed and recommended by their peer in their respective legal fields. Inclusion is strictly merit-based and cannot be purchased. The publication names only a few Cleveland area attorneys in a particular field in each annual edition. For the upcoming 22nd annual edition, The Best Lawyers in America selected every attorney at Bolek Besser Glesius LLC to its list.
Amy’s selection deserves a special mention. For the second time, Best Lawyers has named her its Cleveland Employment Law – Individuals “Lawyer of the Year.” This honor is bestowed annually to just a single outstanding lawyer in a particular practice area and city. For 2016, in the field of employment law representing individuals, it is Amy. Having previously received this honor in 2013 as well, she is one of the very few attorneys to receive this award multiple times. It is well-deserved and we are extremely proud of her.
As nice as it is to receive merit-based awards from our peers in the legal field, it is not what motivates us. We take even more pride in helping our clients get their lives back on track when they have faced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation at work. Getting justice for our clients will always be our best, and most meaningful, reward.
