We are proud to announce that Best Lawyers magazine has selected Cathleen Bolek and Amy Glesius for inclusion in the upcoming edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Employment Law representing individuals. This recognition reflects Cathy’s and Amy’s excellence and integrity in representing victims of employment discrimination.
Best Lawyers is one of the oldest and most well-respected attorney ranking publications in America. The attorneys chosen for inclusion are voted on by their peers in the legal community, and then reviewed by the publication’s editorial staff. Being selected by Best Lawyers is an exclusive and important honor. Last year, it selected only five employee-side Cleveland lawyers for their work on employment cases.
This is not the first time Cathy and Amy have been recognized for their legal work on behalf of victims of employment discrimination. Cathy was also recognized by Best Lawyers magazine in 2012. Amy has been recognized by Best Lawyers before as well, receiving its 2013 “Lawyer of the Year” award year in the field of Employment Law – Individuals. Both Cathy and Amy have been repeatedly named “Ohio SuperLawyers” in the field of Employment Law by SuperLawyers magazine. And both hold the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is given to only those attorneys whose skills are “Preeminent” and whose ethical standards are “Very High.”
Not only are Cathy and Amy decorated members of the legal community, they are also tireless contributors to it. Cathy serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and was recently named to its Executive Committee. She is Chair of the Employment Law Section of the Ohio Association for Justice, and serves on the Board of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers. Amy is a member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, and serves as President of the Cleveland Employment Inn of Court.
We are honored to announce this well-deserved recognition for Cathy and Amy.
