We’re happy to announce that the publication U.S. News – Best Lawyers has once again named Bolek Besser Glesius LLC a Tier 1 Cleveland “Best Law Firm” in the area of Employment Law representing individuals for 2014. Tier 1 is the highest designation given by Best Lawyers, and we are honored to receive it.
Bolek Besser Glesius LLC is one of only a handful of Cleveland employment law firms to receive Best Lawyers’ highest tier designation in Cleveland for 2014. Rankings are based on the magazine’s “rigorous evaluation process,” which includes client feedback and peer reviews from leading attorneys in their respective fields. Among the factors considered are expertise, responsiveness, and integrity.
This is not the first time Bolek Besser Glesius LLC has been honored by Best Lawyers. In addition to being named a Tier 1 firm in Cleveland for 2013, Best Lawyers previously named Amy Glesius its 2013 Cleveland “Lawyer of the Year” in the field of Employment Law representing individuals. Amy was selected from among her many peers in the Cleveland employment law community as the best for 2013. Naturally, we agree.
While some law firms pay publications to be “recognized,” we do not. None of our awards or recognitions is purchased, including the most recent from Best Lawyers. And although we are honored to receive them all, our greatest satisfaction comes not from awards, but from helping our clients when they need us the most—when their livelihoods are on the line.
